This study examines how local universities in Taiwan connect internationalization with regional revitalization through University Social Responsibility (USR) initiatives. Using case studies, the article highlights the evolving role of local universities in addressing regional challenges and demonstrates how internationalization can be integrated with community engagement and sustainable local development.
